Role: Channel Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
This is an individual contributor role
Incumbent will be responsible to source 3 in 1 account (combination of savings/salary, trading and demat accounts) in given region by liasoning with the Bank team.
To ensure right product is advised and sold to right customer. At all times customers should be kept on priority and seek to understand customer needs and service them on priority.
Product and after sales support to the Bank team for handling customer queries and escalations if any.
To meet the KYC guidelines by checking all the KYC related documents from the customers.
