My professional journey with ICICI Securities - an organization known for its strong values, trust, and client-first philosophy, started in 2010 as an Equity Advisor. The early years played a pivotal role in shaping my foundation in equity advisory, relationship management, and disciplined investing, while reinforcing the importance of teamwork, integrity, and customer focus.

Driven by a desire to broaden my expertise beyond investing and broking, I was entrusted on a new challenge in 2020 when I was moved to the banking domain. This transition provided a valuable exposure to a wider range of banking products and strengthened my understanding of holistic financial solutions.

In 2023, I returned to ICICI Securities as Regional Head – ERG. Rejoining the organization felt like coming back home, but with enhanced responsibilities and a broader perspective. Currently, as Regional Head – Private Wealth Management, Hyderabad, I am proud to lead and collaborate with a team committed to delivering comprehensive wealth solutions and nurturing long-term client relationships.

My journey with ICICI Securities began in 2016 when I joined through campus placement, driven by a strong aspiration to build a meaningful career in the financial services industry. I remain deeply grateful for the solid foundation and continuous support I received from my colleagues. I joined ICICI Securities as a Sales Manager in Channel Sales, Jammu in 2013. This marked a pivotal phase in my career. The early stages were demanding, as I adapted to structured processes, merit-based standards, and a dynamic work environment. With consistent support from my seniors and a strong commitment to learning, I steadily built confidence and deepened my understanding of sales and customer management.

Over time, my seniors helped me develop expertise in client handling, business development, and financial solutions, despite not having a formal finance background. My dedication to continuous learning enabled me to overcome challenges and progress within the organization.

Sustained performance in this organization, helped me fast track my career growth. During this period, I strengthened key professional values such as discipline, accountability, customer centricity, and results-driven execution.

My experience across multiple locations further broadened my perspective on diverse markets and customer segments. I was assigned the role of Team Leader, where I focused on mentoring team members and driving productivity. In my current role, I lead multiple teams, drive business growth across regions, and focus on developing future leaders.

My journey has been truly transformational, contributing significantly to both my professional and personal growth. My journey with ICICI Securities started in May 2022 as a Management Trainee in the Online Activation Group. This opportunity allowed me to deepen my understanding of customer engagement and relationship management while strengthening my ability to address the evolving needs of investors. From the very beginning, I was encouraged to develop a strong understanding of the business while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Every new responsibility helped me gain confidence and broaden my perspective.
 
I later moved into the role of Equity Specialist, where I gained an exposure to equity products and advisory services. This role enabled me to further develop my analytical skills, strengthen my product knowledge, and enhance my ability to provide meaningful solutions and insights.

Beginning as a Management Trainee and progressing through roles with increasing responsibilities, I have come to appreciate the value of perseverance, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace change.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been the opportunity to step outside my comfort zone, take on new challenges, and continuously evolve alongside the changing needs of the business. I began my journey with the organization in October 2011 as a Relationship Manager in the Retail Department. From the very beginning, I was eager to learn, take ownership, and build meaningful relationships with clients. These early experiences helped me develop a strong foundation and broaden my understanding of the business. As my career progressed, the organization gave me an opportunity to take on a variety of roles.
