The CSR plan for healthcare initiatives to be undertaken by ICICI Securities, are as mentioned below:

1. Cataract surgery support - This project aims to support ‘Vision Foundation of India’ in conducting cataract surgeries for needy persons across India.

2. Children surgery support - This project aims to support ‘Ekam Foundation Mumbai’, in conducting surgeries in for needy children across India.

3. Sanitation support - This project aims to support ‘Swades Foundation’ in setting up sanitation blocks for needy households in rural villages of Maharashtra.

4. Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Department enhancement - This project aims to support ‘Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children’ in enhancing the medical facilities for treatment of needy newborn children at the Mumbai based hospital’s NICU department.
